As I do each year, I examine the Tarot Year’s card, based on the year’s numerology, using the lens of the Major Arcana. Everyone reading this is feeling the twists that began barely 24 hours after the New Year’s stroke of midnight Eastern time. They haven’t let up and aren’t likely to. But they can be navigated. Here’s how.
Merry Meet! Today is one of the holiest, happiest, most beautiful celebrations in our sacred year! It is Beltane in the Northern Hemisphere (and Blessed Samhain below the equator). The veil between the worlds is most thin, and our ancient alliances with the Faery world, as well as Nature, are honored. May joy be yours.
Now gather round and prepare for this most holy and joyful sacred celebration! Tonight is May Eve, also known as Walpurgis Night. There is powerful, Earthy magic flowing in all things at this cross-quarter between Spring and Summer, when we celebrate burgeoning life and Nature’s wild, unrestrained beauty. Rejoice!
