Guardians, Guides, and Allies in Tarot Practice
Most approaches to understanding the Tarot begin with memorizing seventy-eight card meanings, plus then the countless ways those meanings shift and evolve as cards interact with one another.
Rather than teaching additional card meanings, my workshop explores a different way of learning and interacting with the Tarot.
Together we’ll explore a relational approach, meeting the cards as magical guardians, guides, and allies rather than as information to be memorized.
Using your Birth Cards as an entry point, and then moving beyond, we’ll honor traditional meanings but explore the deeper insights emerging from a lived relationship with these companions.
Many experienced readers will recognize this as reflecting how the Tarot actually does unfold in practice, but now there is a language for understanding and deepening that experience.

Tarot & Friends Circle
I am the founder and organizer for one of the oldest, most successful Tarot social groups in the world. We’ve been gathering for twenty-three years and counting for practice, learning, and friendship.
We gather via Zoom every 3rd Wednesday of each month.
All levels of Tarot enthusiasts are cherished — from beginners to collectors to professionals. Ours is a very fun, eclectic group, and newcomers are always celebrated.
