Instead of my usual Wordless Wednesday image, today I am hanging up a notice for you that magick is afoot. There may be some wonky stuff happening around this neighborhood of Webville, even an outage for a bit.Don’t worry. I am just getting ready for one of my favorite Tarot holidays – the Day of the Fool.
(Wait – you say you didn’t know April 1 was a Tarot holiday? Well, it certainly should be, don’t you think? Let’s declare it to be!)
The Fool – Osho Zen TarotLike the shape of the zero, the Fool represents the full circle — both the beginning and the end of the Journey, or as Bilbo Baggins would say: “There, and back again.”
The Fool shows you the way to a magical threshold, a numinous space between the worlds, where anything is possible.
It comes visiting at important times of passage and transition. Like the Springtime, daily revelations and surprises awaken. Life has renewed once again and lies before us like a new page for us to write upon.
