Inspiring Enchantment & Illumination with Tarot & Intuitive Guidance

Thanksgiving Day 20: My Business Deva

What you love, loves you.
What you want, wants you.

The soul of your business is invested in you
and in the success of your business.

It has its own reasons for being,
its own allies, its own ecology

which shapes
its unfolding story.
~ Hiro Boga

As many of you who have studied with me know (and as I mentioned on Sunday), I am blessed with an entourage of guides, allies, and spirit beings that teach me, open doors for me, play with me, and protect me.  Some are ancestor spirits, some are animals (like my owls, of course!), and some are amorphous light beings. (You have a team, too, of course!)

They are not Divinities, except in the ways that you and I are Divine. One of the most intimate to me is my Faery ally, who is my co-walker and a component of the “Three-fold Alliance” of which I am one part. I’ll have more to say about that some other time.

But I am giving thanks today for another intimate ally that I only recently became consciously aware of. That would be my business deva.

The funny thing is, I have worked with elemental devas and the overarching spirits of the land for decades. I am very used to the patterns of energy consciousness that protect, guide, and encourage living beings all around me — including herbs, trees, animals, and people. I communicate with these all the time.

So why didn’t it ever occur to me that I have an ally or deva that is specifically for the goodness and prosperity of my work in the world? Duh!

Well thanks to the work that I have been doing with the exquisite Hiro Boga for the past couple of months, I do now.

Hiro is a writer, poet, and business strategist with a very shamanic approach. Not a shamanic wannabe or one of those faddish, commercialized woo-woos, mind you.  Those sugar-coated, semi-spiritual marketing experts seem to be a dime a dozen these days, and frankly they make me a bit ill.

Hiro knows what she is doing and how to work with the subtle energies. Her coaching heavily utilizes chakra awareness, trance work, and guidance in the non-physical realms.  She gets it about devas.

And she has helped me to connect to the deva of my business “to share its vision, mobilize its resources and allies, and offer its multidimensional powers and perspective; to help grow your business organically and sustainably.”

For people like myself that are already skilled in this way of looking at things, it’s not only brilliant, it is the most natural thing in the world.

So I have been exploring the essence, the soul, of the work I do, and what I still want to do, before I depart for the Summerlands someday (hopefully a long, long, long time hence).

I am delighted to realize that I have a guide whose purpose and pleasure is to walk by my side, sharing my visions, and opening the doors to my highest purpose. This was happening all along, of course, especially when I would read the Tarot asking for business advice. Now I have the enjoyment (and efficiency) of our direct friendship and communication.

This is what resonates for me and why I do what I do: “Your business shapes the world’s story as well as your own.  It brings to life a world of love and wholeness, kindness, generosity, truth and justice, sustenance, shelter, light and freedom for all. It is the hands of the Sacred, sculpting the world,” as Hiro writes.

So my business deva and I are now brainstorming together every day, making maps and tackling the work for making dreams come true. My dreams, and yours.

Thank you today to Hiro Boga, and to my brilliant business deva.
