Inspiring Enchantment & Illumination with Tarot & Intuitive Guidance

Taking the Hermit’s Advice

After giving it a lot of thought, including my own Imbolc Tarot reading yesterday, I am taking the advice of the Hermit. Instead of starting our exploration of Chapter Twelve today, I am going to allow myself a much-needed retreat for the rest of the week.

I would suggest that you use this time to finish your Chapter Eleven exercises, or use this time for some especially soulful Artist’s Dates.  Drink deeply of the intoxicating poetry that was shared throughout cyberspace in Brighid’s honor yesterday.  Follow the links and be inspired; get drunk on all that beauty!

And otherwise prepare for the final days of our journey on The Artist’s Way. That is precisely what I am planning to do, and I would love to know that you are, too.

I have decided to commit to another year and a day of The Artist’s Way. I don’t feel like this process is yet complete for me. Retreating is a fine idea, too bad the snow will keep us all retreating in our homes instead of together in a lodge on the river…..I was so looking forward to singing with you!

I love that you are going to continue to work with TAW, Star.. It is a spiral that can take you more deeply into your creative process.

And you know I am broken-hearted about our womens’ retreat plans being pre-empted by the weather, Star… I was even practicing my guitar to try and keep up with you! 🙂

But this or something like it will happen another time!
Meantime, be safe in the storms,

Still working up the courage to do The Artist Way, but am now reading Trusting Your Vibes, and my goal this yr, is to listen to myself/higher self more, and to trust myself and my instincts.

    Blessings. . .

Oh, don’t you LOVE Sonia??? She is coming to Raleigh in October! I am sure it will be a zoo, but I am going no matter what! She should pay me a commission on how many books of hers I’ve talked people into! 🙂

I am on a borrowed computer. The power of our Imbolc Hermit. My computer crashed on Tuesday and I’ve been meditating and reflecting on The hermit ever since. Beth, I was delighted to see you took a retreat. It has been admittedly difficult at times to be away from my connections – how connected I am through my computer and didn’t realize it! It has been a blessing, this imposed retreat. I’ve been able to work more with my hands and get so much deeper into my own thoughts. Blessed Be!
