GREAT IDEA! I will be delighted to share them, Arie! I'll make an Official Announcement in today's post.

As to the spiders, I am inclined to agree with you and Susan! We definitely keep several safe and sound as they do fine work as first responders to mosquitoes and other invaders. However, I have to draw the line at the big brown jumpers (not the scientific name! :) ) .. and having so many webs that it is spooky.. Not all my visiting clients groove on the Addams family motif - love that, Susan!

Hey Beth, I have an idea. Maybe we could all take a picture of our front doors, and post them in our blogs, or send them to you, so you can post them here. I believe it will be FUN!

My Passion fruit looks similar to the picture on top, but more dense.
I had even a honey suckle bird nest there. :-) And one in the back garden. I love these birds.

And Spiders, they have a safe haven in my home. :-) MY family members know how important they are to me, as I keep reminding them, "watch out! don't step on that spider in front of you. My spiders also love mosquitoes.

I have two Aloe Vera cactuses near the front door.

Will post a picture on my blog during the weekend.

Well, the porch is a mess, but the good news is I have a rosemary shrub on the steps and lavender planted around the front porch. This weekend will clear up the clutter. Great article.

My condolences on the loss of your friend.

Blessings-

No spider webs by the front door! I love to have spiders busily weaving their webs around the door. It makes us feel like we are woven into the web of life at my house. I do remove the webs as soon as the spiders leave them, and I do try to discourage more than one spider weaving at the front door at a time! Otherwise, we look like the Addams family house!
